Gourmet Global is a new twist on cooking team building.

Each team leader selects a flag from a chef’s hat. All teams work with the same protein but the seasoning and preparation style will reflect the culture of the country selected. Carbohydrates will vary.

Teams will decorate a table to reflect a restaurant from the country selected. They will prepare a brief presentation about their country. Teams will be judged on their cooking, teamwork, and presentations.

    COVID-19 Protocols

During COVID-19, our cooking team building simulations can be conducted virtually or without the hands-on cooking components.

    All participants must:

    • wear masks and gloves
    • wash their hands regularly
    • social distance

A team of chefs or caterers will bring the team’s creations to life.

Given the market uncertainties, companies relying on conventional wisdom may discover that the world they knew and want to recreate is no longer there…the way in which leaders created plans and playbooks in the past may no longer be relevant…
