Unless we are in-transit, you can expect to receive your quote within 1 - 2 business days. If your requirements are specialized, your quote may take up to 5 business days as we will need time to contact and get a reply from venues and suppliers.

Please note: We are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. If bringing us to your location involves air travel expenses, please factor that into your budget before proceeding with your request for quote.

To save money, book your sessions when we are in your area and you can split the airfare with our other clients.

The Training Oasis, Inc. pledges to provide you with an accurate and timely quote that meets your objectives and budget.

In exchange, by requesting this quote we are indicating that:

this is a serious inquiry and we have definitely decided to proceed with this event or this service
we have checked with the decision maker(s) and, in addition to our own agenda items, there is enough time during the retreat for team building (minimum 7 hours) plus team recreation ((minimum 3 hours)
a budget has been allocated for this service or event
we have a clear decision making process and criteria including a date for the decision
we understand that your payment terms are:
- 50% at the time of booking
- 50% one calendar month prior to the session or event
- 100% at the time of booking for sessions booked less than 1 month prior to the session or event
we realize that there is a 10% - 15% surcharge for all sessions booked and paid for with less than 1 calendar month's notice
we understand that all information submitted to you in our quote or proposal is strictly for the purpose of helping you make a decision
we will treat your proposal as confidential and proprietary and we agree that we won't release it to any third parties or prospective vendors without your written consent
we will make a decision and inform you of our decision within 2 weeks of receiving your quote
once a decision has been made, we will process payment for the deposit on our next cheque run
we understand that because Executive Oasis International is not a travel agent, you don't book airline tickets, meeting venues or hotels
we also understand if we decide to use your services, you would be pleased to recommend airlines, venues and hotels that we can book directly or through a travel agent
we agree to your guidelines re: alcohol consumption
