We would also be pleased to arrange incentive travel from Europe and the UK to any of other destinations.

We can provide companies based in the UK and Europe with incentive travel service to any of our featured destinations including Europe, Oman, Canada, Jamaica, Singapore, and Malaysia. Please click on your desired desination on the side menu.

We would be pleased to handle your inquiry, check availability of dates and venues and send a proposal if:
- you are looking for business team building with a facilitator & not just recreation
- a budget has been allocated
- you have an approximate idea of how many people will be attending
- you are definitely ready to select and book a service provider within 5 - 10 business days of receiving our quote
We will get back to you with a quote within 48 hours to 5 business days of receiving your request.
We require a $500 retainer before detailed, customized agendas are developed and any hotels or other venues are contacted on your behalf. [Why?] This will be deducted from your fees if you book your session with us.
If you aren't in a position to select a service provider and book your retreat, team building session or event within 5 - 10 business days of receiving our quote, we invite you to explore our website. You will find information about our services and pricing on our website. When you are in a position to make a decision and select a service provider, please contact us.

We regret that we can no longer accept requests for quote from 3rd party planners and travel agents. We would be pleased to have you handle the travel arrangements. We would be happy to accept a referral to work directly with the client and split our commission for hotels, transfers, and tours on a 75%/25% basis and offer a 10% commission on team building.

What we Offer

We are a full service boutique specializing in executive retreats, team building and luxury incentive travel to select featured destinations. We offer a full range of team building programmes that bundle recreation with business facilitation. Some companies use us strictly for team building and executive retreats.
We would be pleased to introduce you to award winning airlines, unique venues, equestrian resorts, desert resorts, beach resorts, and a 7 star hotel where you will be pampered. If you contact us at least 2 months before departure, we can check availability get a proposal sent to you directly from the properties we highly recommend.
