We would be pleased to handle your inquiry, check availability of dates and venues and send a proposal if:

We require a deposit of US$500 for regular corporate events and US$1000 for luxury corporate events before any hotels or other venues are contacted on your behalf. [Why?] This will be deducted from your fees if you book your session with us.

Certain Minimums Apply

Depending on group size and the size of your budget, our rates will be roughly:

• 10% of your budget ($5000 minimum)

For event planning that involves working with a committee of more than 3 people, our rates will be:

• 15% of your budget ($6000 minimum)
