International clients want exceptional incentives and asking normally desk-bound executives to build an oil rig in the desert poses some challenging exercises in team building Tricky tasks solved together, borders overcome, team spirit improved - an increasing number of companies seek incentives, in order to increase cohesion or to reward the achievements and commitment of both staff and management as a team. For clients, who look for something particularly spectacular, something with a distinctly regional flavour is now available. “With our Incentive concept Beauty Oil we are setting a new benchmark. We produce a genuine adventure, an unforgettable experience. There is no more extreme and more fascinating place than the desert, where more genuine team spirit is necessary than elsewhere.” Outside Dubai the participants meet as a team. For one day staff or customers slip into an unusual role: They are workers of the oil company "Oilympic Light", who want to start drilling. After their arrival on the “oil field” Beauty Oil (which has an adjoining camp), the teams are equipped with workers outfits and the tasks are explained. An oil drilling rig is to be erected and brought online. A genuine challenge, because the outside conditions become difficult: the construction units of the plant as well as the tool crates are scattered everywhere in the desert. The reason, teams are told, is that a technical malfunction of the transport aircraft opened the hatches too early. With metal detectors and GPS the lost crates must be found and gathered. Only when all parts are completely installed, can the gas be flared and the oil gush. After the eventful day participants meet in the evening in the desert camp, in order to celebrate their success - the fire baptism of the new oil plant. Another superlative event. The camp is illuminated impressively and after the dinner teams are treated to a big show with fireworks, international artists and live-entertainment on stage. Subsequently, "Night Fever" the dancing event for the guests takes place. "We organise a mega party under the nocturnal desert sky - a unique experience," says Mainka. "It’s really memorable.” The Incentive “Beauty Oil” can be booked by companies from Dubai and or abroad for a variable number of participants and can be modified to meet individual conceptions.
